Kristi Caudell

Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Kristi Caudell is the Founder and CEO of Lux Exclusives, where she is building a new private infrastructure for how significant tangible assets are understood, managed, valued, shared, and discovered.

An entrepreneur, author, and luxury real estate professional, Kristi has spent her career building businesses around something she believes deeply: technology can enhance relationships, but it can never replace them. That belief is foundational to Lux Exclusives.

Through years of representing extraordinary properties and discerning clients, Kristi saw firsthand the challenges surrounding privacy, access, valuation, and exposure within the luxury asset market. She recognized an opportunity to build something fundamentally different, bringing sophisticated technology together with the trusted relationships that have always driven the world of significant assets.

Today, that vision extends well beyond real estate, encompassing significant tangible assets across real estate, aircraft, yachts, fine art, jewelry, watches, classic cars, and other important holdings. At the center is the Lux Exclusives Tangible Asset Vault, designed to give individuals, family offices, and trusted professionals a more intelligent and sophisticated way to understand what they own, keep asset information current, and act when the time is right while maintaining privacy and control.

Before founding Lux Exclusives, Kristi built a successful career in luxury real estate throughout the North Georgia lake and mountain markets and founded Rabun Realty, a boutique brokerage grounded in relationships, market expertise, and exceptional service. Those years reinforced a principle that continues to shape her leadership today: the most valuable opportunities rarely begin with a transaction. They begin with trust.

A natural connector, Kristi has built an extensive network of entrepreneurs, advisors, professionals, and industry leaders across the United States and internationally. As CEO, she leads the vision, strategy, and continued expansion of Lux Exclusives while bringing together experienced executives, advisors, and industry leaders around a shared mission. For Kristi, Lux Exclusives is the culmination of years spent understanding valuable assets, building trusted relationships, and recognizing a problem the market had simply learned to accept. Her vision is to build the infrastructure that changes it.

Abbe Jackson

Chief Operating Officer

Abbe Jackson serves as Chief Operating Officer of Lux Exclusives, leading the operational strategy, structure, and execution behind the company’s continued growth.

As Lux Exclusives has evolved from an ambitious idea into a growing technology company serving discerning individuals, family offices, and trusted professionals, Abbe has played an integral role in building the foundation required to support that vision.

Her leadership spans strategic planning, operations, team development, partnerships, product development, member experience, and the internal systems required to scale the company thoughtfully. She brings a solutions driven approach to leadership and an exceptional ability to translate a broad vision into clear priorities and disciplined execution.

That balance is particularly important at Lux Exclusives, where technology, privacy, relationships, and significant tangible assets intersect. Abbe helps ensure that as the platform expands, the company maintains the intentionality, discretion, and highly personal experience at the heart of the Lux Exclusives brand.

Working closely with Founder and CEO Kristi Caudell, Abbe is helping build both the company Lux Exclusives is today and the operational infrastructure required for what it is becoming.

Her focus is simple: turn vision into execution without losing the standards, relationships, and attention to detail that make Lux Exclusives distinctive.

Robert “Bob” Tablak

Chief Strategy Officer

Bob brings more than forty years of experience in software, databases, and business operations. He has built and led multiple companies while advising executives on technology strategy and organizational growth. Known for his practical approach, he helps teams make smart decisions that support long term scale. He blends technical understanding with decades of real world leadership. As Chief Strategy Officer, Bob brings that same steady, experience driven perspective to Lux Exclusives’ continued growth.

Michael Weber

Chief AI Architect

Michael Weber is a technology executive, AI strategist, and founder with more than 25 years of software development experience, including nearly 15 years designing and building enterprise software and AI systems. His work has focused on applying artificial intelligence within highly regulated industries, where security, governance, auditability, and responsible AI are essential.

Michael advises organizations on AI strategy, enterprise architecture, AI agents, and the practical adoption of artificial intelligence to improve operations, automate complex workflows, and create lasting competitive advantage. He also founded multiple software companies and has built products spanning enterprise platforms, data infrastructure, and next-generation AI systems.

As Chief AI Architect at Lux Exclusives, Michael leads the company’s long-term AI strategy, identifying opportunities to enhance member experiences, streamline operations, and build trusted AI capabilities. He holds master’s degrees in Data Science and Software Engineering, a Juris Doctor, and has been licensed to practice law in Minnesota state and federal courts since 2008.

Chairman | Family Office

Wendy Craft is CEO of Elle Family Office, an Atlanta based single family office overseeing the Lazarian family’s holdings across real estate, exotic automobiles, and other investments. Her career includes extensive experience in family office leadership, governance, investment strategy, and multigenerational wealth. Prior to Elle Family Office, Wendy served as Chief of Staff for Fulcrum Equities, a New York based single family office investing globally across real estate and operating companies. She brings Lux Exclusives an exceptional understanding of the complexities, discretion, and long term perspective required within the family office environment.

Hays Evans, CEPA®

Board Member | Finance

Hays Evans is Co Founder and Partner of Clover Capital Partners, where he advises high net worth individuals and families on wealth management, business transitions, charitable giving, and intergenerational wealth planning. With more than three decades in financial services, his career includes private wealth advisory, institutional sales, and trading. He previously served as Senior Vice President and Private Wealth Advisor with Capital Group Private Client Services and holds the Certified Exit Planning Advisor designation. Hays brings Lux Exclusives deep financial expertise and a sophisticated perspective on wealth preservation and long term financial strategy.

Emilie Hersh

Board Member | Technology

Emilie Hersh is a technology executive and strategic advisor with deep expertise in digital transformation, enterprise consulting, and organizational growth. As Partner/Co-Founder of Accelerate Cloud Solutions, she partners with global organizations to accelerate cloud adoption, streamline process automation, and translate complex technology strategies into measurable business outcomes. With a career spanning executive leadership, technology startups, and management consulting across multiple industry verticals, Emilie brings both boardroom fluency and hands-on technical acumen to every engagement. She is known for her ability to align executive stakeholders, build high-performing teams, and drive results at the intersection of people, process, and technology. She holds an MBA from the University of San Diego, with emphases in Project Management and Supply Chain Systems. Equally committed to community impact, Emilie has served on the CSUSM Foundation Board for nine years, including two as Chair, and continues as an Executive-in-Residence and mentor in the College of Business Administration, roles that reflect her belief in education as a catalyst for social mobility. Her leadership has been recognized with the North County Philanthropy Council’s Volunteer of the Year award, the Outstanding Business Leader Award from CSUSM’s CLIMB program, and the University of San Diego’s Mother Rosalie Clifton Hill Award.

Ryan Mandell

Board Member | Legal

Ryan Mandell is Senior Vice President and General Counsel of ITS Logistics and a member of its senior leadership team, where he leads legal, risk, compliance, claims, and insurance functions. A licensed attorney with more than twenty years of litigation and in house corporate counsel experience, Ryan has advised governing boards and executive leadership teams across complex legal and business matters. His career also includes serving as Deputy General Counsel and Interim Chief Legal Officer for Renown Health. He is known for seasoned legal judgment, corporate governance experience, and a practical approach to risk and strategic growth.

Security and Compliance

Lux Exclusives has completed independent third party penetration testing and a SOC 2 audit, and works with ALIGN as its ongoing compliance partner. This standard applies across every layer of the platform, from how member data is stored to how access is controlled between principals, professionals, and Lux Exclusives itself.

Governance

Membership, category exclusivity, and access to the Vault are extended by discretion, reviewed individually rather than through open application. Lux Exclusives works with Brownstein as legal counsel, bringing that same standard of care and diligence to how the platform itself is run.
