License to Us
By uploading or submitting User Content, you grant Lux a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:
- Host, store, process, and display your content
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
- Enable sharing with users you authorize
This license exists only for the purpose of operating the Service.
4. AI Processing & Third-Party Services
The Service uses third-party providers, including:
- Amazon Web Services
- Anthropic
Your content may be processed by these providers solely to deliver platform functionality.
AI Safeguards:
- Your content is not used to train general-purpose AI models
- We do not sell or license your content to third parties
- Processing is limited to runtime operations necessary to provide the Service
5. No Transfer of IP to Users
Use of the Service does not grant any ownership rights in:
- The platform
- Software, models, or systems
- Any generated outputs beyond your own submitted content
You may not:
- Reverse engineer the platform
- Extract or replicate underlying systems
- Use the Service to build competing products
6. Sharing & Third-Party Access

You acknowledge:
